This is the 6th consecutive year that EDEN center celebrates Earth Day. a collaboration between the Netherland Embassy, Tirana Municipality and EDEN was discussed that this year a greater focus will be given to increasing the number of organizations to be part of the event. Earth Day Network was our annual partner of our activity as always.
This event has been aimed in promoting the reduction of waste paper and recycling among students; sensitize citizens to reduce plastic bag use and behavior of children closer to nature by planting seedlings of flowers and saplings of various trees.
